CE6405 Syllabus OBJECTIVES:
- To impart knowledge on behavior and the performance of saturated soil.
- At the end of this course student attains adequate knowledge in assessing both physical and engineering behaviour of soils, mechanism of stress transfer in two-phase systems and stability analysis of slopes.
OUTCOMES:
- Students have the ability to determine Index properties and classify the soil.
- They can also know to determine engineering properties through standard tests and empirical correction with index properties.
